Patch v3.3 is finally here! We have a lot of changes in this update from new equipment additions to Hypers balance changes. You can read all of the specifics below. Some of the updates will include dev notes from the team so you get an idea regarding why the changes were made. So let’s get right into the meaty stuff.

General Game Changes

Changed the spawn platform health restoration percentage

Dev Note: The purpose is to adjust the amount of time that base sieging will take in the later half of the game to make battles more intense.

  • Health Restore on the spawn platform
    • Previously: Restore 15% Health per second on the spawn platform.

    • Change: Restore 15% Health on the spawn platform per second but HP restoration per second decreased by 1% for every 4 minutes of the play time.

    • Lowest HP regen per second is now 9% (24 minutes into the game)

    • No change with the MP (Restore 15% per sec)

  • Ex : After playing for 8 min, HP restored on spawn platform per sec is changed by 2%. The total restored per second on spawning platform would now be 13% max health per second. (15% starting value - 2% = 13%)

Hyper Changes

Allen

  • Sigils of the Hero -> Sigils of the Hero / Power of the Hero

    • Added (Power of the Hero): Besides exclusive equipment Allen is not affected by Cooldown Reduction. Going forward, attack will be increased by 100% of the Cooldown Reduction he receives from gear.

Dev note: Allen is not currently affected by "Cooldown Reduction." This characteristic of his has placed many constraints on equipment selection until this coming patch. By giving Allen a new passive effect, we wanted to provide the option to use "Cooldown Reduction" strategically based on the player's choice of equipment build.

Louis

  • Dempsey Roll

    • Added: Ignores all interference effects except Grappled during the flurry

Dev note: Currently, Louis has an extremely low Victory rate. Therefore, we're adjusting him so that Louis's skill combo is applied to the target more smoothly.

Yuna

  • Regular Attack (3-hit)

    • Previously: Attack factor 1.2

    • Changed: Attack factor 0.6

Dev note: Yuna's regular attack (3-hit)'s Attack factor had been adjusted so that it fits the hit count.

Equipment Update

General Update

Dev note: The stats and prices for the extra gold earning items and accessory equipment have been adjusted and rebalanced so that they are still advantageous during the mid-late stage of the game.

All items that decrease interference effect duration by 15% (Shared / Hyper exclusive)

  • Exclusive Effect

    • Previously: Interference effect duration -15% except for Grappled

    • Changed: Interference effect duration -15% except for Grappled, Controlled, and Listen Closely

Dev note: The function itself didn’t changed, but reworded to clarify effects that were originally missing from the description.

 Precision Rail Gun (Shared)

    • When health is full, grants the following: Damage to enemies +10%, Critical rate +15%

Electroshock Protector (Shared)

    • Attack +10% of Defense

    • When hit, sprays a 400 unit area with electromagnetic explosions, dealing 55 +4% of your max health damage.

      • Up to 100 basic damage with Lv. 10 as a base

      • Only activates with an enemy in range

      • Basic cooldown 7 Seconds

      • Cooldown reduced by .2 seconds on every hit taken

 Pegasus Relic (Shared)

  • Gold Cost - 6238

  • Stats - Attack +30, Defense Penetration +15, Movement Speed +50

  • Additional Effects

    • Movement speed cap +100

    • Grants the following effects when movement speed is 750 or higher: Attack +15, Defense Penetration +10, Defense Bypass +10%

    • Activates Soul Reap upon allied hyper deaths

      • Attack +1% (Max 5 times)

 Slayer’s Crossbow (Shared)

  • Gold Cost - 6143

  • Stats - Attack +30, Mana Regen +30, Defense Penetration +15, Critical Rate +10%

  • Additional Effects

    • When attacking enemies with 30% health or lower applies hunter’s mark for 5 seconds

      • Shares target’s sight with the allies

      • Critical Damage taken +15%

      • All health restoration effects -20%

      • Can occur once every 10 seconds

 Soul Sphere (Shared)

  • Gold Cost - 6029

  • Stats - Attack +20, Defense +20, Critical Rate +10%, Cooldown reduction +10%

  • Additional Effects

    • When health reaches 1% grants Crystal Power for 5 seconds. When Crystal Power is active downed will be applied

      • Ignores restricting and interference effects as well as damage

      • Restores 6% of max health every second

      • Cooldown: 240 seconds

    • Once Crystal Power activates, stats are removed from Soul Sphere for 30 seconds

 Frost Cape (Shared)

  • Gold Cost - 6101

  • Stats - Defense +30, Max Health +300, Max Mana +30

  • Additional Effects

    • Does 43 additional damage per second in a 300 unit radius

      • Up to 70 as a level 10 base

    • When hit, decreases movement speed of the enemy that hit you by 20% for 1.5 seconds

 Martyr’s Shroud (Shared)

  • Gold Cost - 6011

  • Stats - Max Health +700, Max Regen +100%

    • Decreases resurrection cooldown by 30%

    • Martyr’s Sacrifice applied upon death with a range of 800 units

      • Restores allied Hyper’s Health by 25%

    • Martyr’s Miracle applied upon death with a range of 1300 units

      • Creates a zone that decreases allied Hyper’s damage taken by 15% for 5 seconds

  • Curse Eye and Signal will not recover from blind when holding down their regular attack
  • Cain's Abyssal Ward will not apply the detonation to the contracted ally
  • Players are unable to craft Signal cube samples
